It is with a full, happy heart that we welcome you to Buttercup Farm Furniture. As full-time teachers, our business began as a hobby and an opportunity to spend meaningful time together when we weren’t at school.

In January of 2018, Hadley and I dreamt of our first design while snuggled up on our living room sofa. Shortly after, he brought it to life in the bottom of a barn on Buttercup Farm in Clifton, Virginia.

Since then, we spend our time together salvaging old farm wood, drafting design ideas, and hand-crafting unique pieces of rustic furniture. It is without a doubt that these wonderful journeys, happy moments, and everyday lessons make for a special influence on the creation, care, and overall craftsmanship of our products.
